The prestigious office building at Zollikerstrasse 65 in Zollikon will become a Centre of Excellence for real estate from the spring of 2021. Together with Walde & Partner, companies related to the sector – and innovative start-ups are also welcome – will find the ideal place to benefit from synergies, exchange expertise and expand their network in an inspiring atmosphere.

70 fully equipped workstations – some with views of the lake

Around 70 workplaces in two- and three-person offices, various meeting rooms and showrooms are on offer on approx. 600 m² of floor space as well as a spacious restaurant area and an idyllic garden, serving as creative relaxation and meeting spaces. The workplaces offer numerous amenities including a modern IT infrastructure, contemporary furniture and water, tea and coffee facilities.

Zollikon and Tiefenbrunnen train stations as well as Zurich Bellevue Square and Stadelhofen railway station can be reached in a few minutes by bus, which stops right outside the entrance. Parking spaces can be rented in the building’s own underground car park.

The building will be modernised and renovated at the beginning of 2021. The move-in date is summer 2021. We will inform you about further details as soon as possible; documentation is being prepared.
