It combines architectural influences from the 20th century into an ecological building and living concept that was ahead of its time.

The ground floor forms an open living space in which the round shape and glass façade merge the interior and exterior. Living, dining, relaxing – everything flows harmoniously into one another. The materials embody the four elements, high ceilings allow you to breathe, rounded sides provide a sense of security, and a central fireplace creates atmosphere.
