First and foremost, the decision depends on the needs of the building owner. Should the new building yield return on a long-term basis (rental) or a one-off capital gain (sale)? The risks must be carefully weighed up for each project. Once the decision to rent or sell has been made, the ideal residential mix, suitable apartment types and target group segments are defined depending on the location. In the current market situation, the sale of condominiums is generally more likely. Demand for residential property remains high and continues to rise, while supply remains scarce, and prices are correspondingly high.
